How long does it take to get my order?
You will need to allow for two times:
- the time to make your order
- the time to deliver your order

- 5-7 days - Art prints, Gift lines
- 10-14 days - Fabric printing, wallpaper printing
Shipping Times
- 3-7 days Australia - capital cities, and large regional centres
- 7-14 days Australia - country and remote areas
- 14-21 days International
How much is shipping in Australia?
STANDARD $9.95 AUD
We offer a flat rate shipping charge of $9.95 to Australia
FREE SHIPPING
Orders over $150 have free shipping in Australia
LIGHT $3.00 AUD
Sample orders under $15 shipping will only be $3.00.
Light Orders are shipped in a cardboard mailer envelope via Australia Post (no tracking).

Fabrics & Wallpaper
We currently deliver to New Zealand, United Kingdom, and The United States. More countries will follow, so please let us know if you live elsewhere and we'll try to send your order to you. Freight is calculated by weight at checkout but here is a guide to what it costs.
Freight By Weight:
You know Australia is Down Under, so it's a 24 hour flight to London and about 22 hours to Boston. Here's what you're looking at:

Up to 500g AUD$25
Up to 1kg AUD$35
Up to 1.5kg AUD$55

How Much do Things Weigh?
Although shipping is calculated at checkout, here's an idea of what things weigh:
1 metre of fabric weighs approximately 500 grams
1 cushion cover weighs approximately 250 grams
1 fabric sample weighs 15 grams, so 10 samples are 150 grams
Returns & Exchanges
Do you offer returns?
Fabrics and Wallpaper
As all fabrics and wallpaper are printed and made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless they are faulty.
Please make sure you order a sample prior to ordering so you can be sure of your selection. By ordering a sample you can see the texture and colour of the printed design in person rather than what it looks like on a computer screen or mobile device.
We are unable to offer a refund if the colour is not as expected and you have not ordered a sample first.
What if the product is faulty?
As soon as you receive your product, please check for any faults prior to using.
If there is a fault, please contact us with a photo so we can see the fault. We shall be in contact to arrange the best solution.
Please ensure the product you order is suitable for your intended purpose.
Fabrics - As stated, natural fibre fabrics may have slubs in the fabric which is inherent with linen based textiles. It''s just the way they are. We cannot accept returns for the natural characteristics of the fabric.
Who pays the shipping in case of a refund?
All shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer unless the product is faulty.

Do you offer a trade discount?
Trade Discount
If you are an interior designer or, stylist or you make your own products we offer a trade discount. Please contact us to discuss your project.
Bulk Buying
If you are ordering more than 10 metres of fabric please contact us to discuss your needs and we can help.
