If you are an interior designer or, stylist or you make your own products we offer a trade discount. Please contact us to discuss your project.
Interior Designers & Stylists - We make it easy for you. No having to buy a metre of fabric just to make the piping. Order any fabric and any colour piping and we make it up for you. No dealing with the workrooms. Just place your order and it's done.
Bulk Buying
If you are ordering more than 10 metres of fabric please contact us to discuss your needs and we can help.
Shipping & Delivery

All our products are made to order. Please allow 3 weeks for printing and sewing.
Parcels are delivered by either a courier or Australia Post depending on the destination. Delivery times will depend on the destination.
Domestic shipping can take up to 5 business days.
International shipping could take up to 21 business days. -

We offer a flat rate shipping charge of $9.95 to Australia and New Zealand.

Orders over $200 have free shipping (Australia and New Zealand)
LIGHT $3.00 AUD
Sample and Moodboard orders under $30 shipping will only be $3.00.
Light Orders are shipped in a cardboard mailer envelope via Australia Post (no tracking).

We currently deliver to New Zealand, United Kingdom, and The United States. More countries will follow, so please let us know if you live elsewhere and we'll try to send your order to you. Freight is calculated by weight at checkout but here is a guide to what it costs.
Please note we CANNOT ship cushion inserts or lampshades outside Australia. If you want a lampshade we suggest you buy the fabric you require and source a local maker.

Although shipping is calculated at checkout, here's an idea of what things weigh:
1 metre of fabric weighs approximately 500 grams
1 cushion cover weighs approximately 250 grams
1 fabric sample weighs 15 grams, so 10 samples are 150 grams
Returns & Refunds

Fabrics, Cushions, Lampshades
As all fabrics, cushions and lampshades are printed and made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless they are faulty.
Please make sure you order a sample prior to ordering the fabric meterage so you can be sure of your selection. By ordering a sample you can see the texture of the fabric and the colour of the printed design in person rather than what it looks like on a computer screen or mobile device.
We are unable to offer a refund if the colour is not as expected and you have not ordered a sample first.

All shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer unless the product is faulty.

FAULTS
As soon as you receive your fabric, please check the entire length for any faults prior to cutting or using the fabric.
If there is a fault, please contact us with a photo so we can see the fault. We shall be in contact to arrange the best solution.
Please ensure the fabric you order is suitable for your intended purpose.
As stated, natural fibre fabrics may have slubs in the fabric which is inherent with linen based textiles. It''s just the way they are. We cannot accept returns for the natural characteristics of the fabric.
