Understanding Picture Frame Measurements
Art prints in standard sizes are affordable and easy to frame using store bought picture frames. When shopping for frames, purchase a frame that has an opening size (internal size) the same size as your art print (not the external frame measurement). If your picture frame has a matt or wide frame moulding the overall size of the frame will be bigger.
This picture frame by IKEA has an overall size of 52cm / 20.5" but with the mount the opening size is reduced to 30cm / 11 3/4", so this frame works well with a 30cm / 12" print as long as you keep the mount in the frame.
This picture frame by IKEA has an overall size of 27cm / 10 3/4" but with the mount the opening size is reduced to 13cm / 5", so this frame works well with a 25cm / 10" print as long as you take the mount out of the frame. See how the measurements look - the bottom measurement shows a 25cm print will sit just behind the edge of the frame. When shopping for frames make sure you check all the measurements.

Custom Picture Frames
Whilst there is a range of store bought picture frames that will fit standard art print sizes, you are limited in your choice of colour frame and whether or not you can find the right size with a picture mount.
If you are after more custom choices with your picture frames, then try an online or local picture framer.
